Please find attached a document that details the procedures for the small group discussions - the promised follow -up as a result of the parish survey we took back in January. Also find attached the document outlining the "minimum factor" that may be helpful in the discussion. I will have extra copies of these "Exploring Your Minimum Factor" along with the sign up sheets in the narthex.
